- How do you play Snare Grid?
- Move the cyan shield one tile at a time and make the pink hunters chase you into the pit tiles. Every turn is deterministic, so the core of Snare Grid is predicting the next hunter step before you commit to your own move.
- What makes Snare Grid difficult?
- Snare Grid gets hard because you are often solving two problems at once: keeping your shield safe this turn and shaping the hunters' next turn so one of them falls into a pit. Corners and edge lanes get dangerous fast because they remove your escape routes.
- How is the score calculated?
- Your score is the number of full boards you clear before a hunter reaches your tile. Each cleared board is worth 1 point, so higher scores rank higher on the leaderboard.
- Can I skip a move in Snare Grid?
- Yes. Snare Grid lets you tap your own shield or the Wait button to spend a turn without moving. Passing is often the right play when a hunter is already committed to a pit or when moving would break your trap timing.
- Is Snare Grid free to play?
- Yes. Snare Grid is free to play in your browser with no install and no signup, and your best score is stored on your device with optional leaderboard submission.
