HOW TO PLAY

  1. Press Start Shift to begin a 75-second session.
  2. Tap the 4 command slots to cycle Forward, Turn Left, Turn Right, and Wait.
  3. Press Run Loop and watch the drone repeat those 4 commands for the number of loop cycles shown above the board.
  4. Collect every beacon and land on the dock before the loop ends. A crash or incomplete route means you must edit the script and try again.

TIPS & STRATEGY

  • You only get 4 command slots that repeat, so design the loop as a tileable pattern — picture how the drone faces at the end of one cycle and make sure the next cycle continues the route cleanly.
  • Turn Left and Turn Right only rotate the drone in place without moving it, so spend a slot on a turn when you need to change direction, and remember Wait simply holds the drone still for that step.
  • The loop repeats a fixed number of cycles shown above the board, so count whether your pattern reaches every beacon AND lands on the dock within those cycles — finishing one step short still fails.
  • When a stage feels impossible, use Reroll to get a fresh layout at the same difficulty instead of burning your shift clock fighting a bad map.

ABOUT

Loop Courier is a micro programming puzzle: instead of steering directly, you write a tiny repeating script and debug the route it produces. The pressure comes from reading the map, compressing the path into just four commands, and iterating quickly inside one screen. Your best route count is saved on your device, and the strongest runs can be submitted to the global TOP 20 leaderboard.

FAQ

How do you play Loop Courier?
Start a 75-second shift, then tap the 4 command slots to cycle Forward, Turn Left, Turn Right, and Wait. Press Run Loop and the drone repeats those four commands for the listed number of cycles, trying to collect every beacon and dock.
What's distinctive about Loop Courier?
Instead of steering the drone directly, you write a tiny 4-command program that loops, then debug the route it produces. The challenge is compressing the whole path into only four repeating steps and iterating fast.
How does a run end and how is score counted?
Each stage you clear — collecting all beacons and reaching the dock — adds one route to your score and sends you to a harder stage. The run ends when the shift clock hits zero; a crash or incomplete route just lets you re-edit and retry that stage.
Why does my drone crash even though the path looks right?
Forward moving into a wall edge or a blocker cell ends the loop immediately, and the drone keeps its facing between cycles. If it crashes, check the direction it ends each cycle in and whether a Forward runs it off the grid or into a blocker.
Is Loop Courier free to play?
Yes. Loop Courier is free to play in your browser with no install and no signup. Your best route count is saved on your device, and the strongest runs can be submitted to the global leaderboard.
